(1) The chemical substance identified generically as polyitaconic acid, sodium zinc salt (PMN P-15-382) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.\n(2) The significant new uses are:\n(i) Industrial commercial, and consumer activities. Requirements as specified in § 721.80. A significant new use of the substance is any use other than as an odor neutralization for pet litter and cleaning hard surface surfaces, fabrics, skin and hair; an odor neutralization for air car; and an odor neutralization for waste processing and solid waste management in paper, oil, gas, mining, agriculture, food and municipal industries.\n(ii) [Reserved]\n(b) Specific requirements. The provisions of subpart A of this part apply to this section except as modified by this paragraph.\n(1) Recordkeeping. Recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125(a), (b), (c), and (i) are applicable to manufacturers and processors of this substance.\n(2) Limitations or revocation of certain notification requirements.
