(1) The chemical substance metalated alkylphenol copolymer (PMN P-87-723) is subject to reporting under this section for the significant new uses described in paragraph (a)(2) of this section.\n(2) The significant new uses are:\n(i) Hazard communication program. Requirements as specified in § 721.72 (b)(1)(i)(C), (b)(1)(ii), (b)(1)(iii), (b)(1)(iv), (b)(2), (c)(1), (f), (g)(3)(ii), (g)(4)(i), and (g)(5).\n(ii) Industrial, commercial, and consumer activities. Requirements as specified in § 721.80(j) (industrial coating material).\n(iii) Disposal. Requirements as specified in § 721.85 (a)(1), (a)(3), (b)(1), (b)(3), (c)(1), and (c)(3).\n(iv) Release to water. Requirements as specified in § 721.90 (a)(3), (b)(3), and (c)(3).\n(b) Specific requirements. The provisions of subpart A of this part apply to this section except as modified by this paragraph.\n(1) Recordkeeping. The recordkeeping requirements as specified in § 721.125 (a) through (k) are applicable to manufacturers, importers, and processors of this substance.\n(2) Limitations or revocation of certain notification requirements.
