In addition, the following definitions apply to this Subpart:\n3rd generation machine means a dry-to-dry machine with a refrigerated condenser, as those terms are defined in 40 CFR part 63, subpart M.\n4th or 5th generation machine means a dry-to-dry machine with a carbon adsorber and refrigerated condenser, as those terms are defined in 40 CFR part 63, subpart M.\nDistribute in commerce has the same meaning as in section 3 of the Act, except that the term does not include retailers for purposes of §§ 751.613 and 751.615.\nECEL has the same meaning as in § 751.5 and, for PCE, is an airborne concentration of PCE of 0.14 part per million (ppm).\nECEL action level means a concentration of airborne PCE of 0.10 part per million (ppm) calculated as an eight (8)-hour time-weighted average (TWA).\nEnergized electrical cleaner means a product that meets both of the following criteria: (1) the product is labeled to clean and/or degrease electrical equipment, where cleaning and/or degreasing is accomplished when electrical current exists, or when there is a residual electrical potential from a component, such as a capacitor; and (2) the product label clearly displays the statements: “Energized Equipment use only.
