Each new or existing three-process operation facility Emit no more than 1.0 milligram of lead per dry standard cubic meter of exhaust (0.000437 gr/dscf).\n4. Each new or existing lead oxide manufacturing facility Emit no more than 5.0 milligram of lead per kilogram of lead feed (0.010 lb/ton).\n5. Each new or existing lead reclamation facility Emit no more than 0.45 milligram of lead per dry standard cubic meter of exhaust (0.000197 gr/dscf).\n6.
