You must meet the following emission limitations . . .\n1. a lean premix gas-fired stationary combustion turbine as defined in this subpart, 2. a lean premix oil-fired stationary combustion turbine as defined in this subpart, 3. a diffusion flame gas-fired stationary combustion turbine as defined in this subpart, or 4. a diffusion flame oil-fired stationary combustion turbine as defined in this subpart. limit the concentration of formaldehyde to 91 ppbvd or less at 15-percent O2, except during turbine startup.
