Demonstrating that the monthly average HAP emissions for each monthly operating period do not exceed the emission limits in table 2 to this subpart, option 1, determined according to the applicable procedures in § 63.5997(a) and (b)(1) and (2). b. Demonstrating that the monthly average HAP emissions for each monthly operating period do not exceed the HAP constituent emission limits in table 2 to this subpart, option 2, determined according to the applicable procedures in § 63.5997(a) and (c)(1) and (2).\n2. Sources complying with the monthly average compliance alternative using an add-on control device according to § 63.5987(b) In table 2 to this subpart a.
