Then you must . . .\n1. Group 1a storage tank a. Comply with the requirements of subpart WW of this part, except as specified in § 63.8010(b); or\nb. Reduce total organic HAP emissions from the storage tank by ≥90 percent by weight by venting emissions through a closed-vent system to any combination of control devices (excluding a flare); or\nc. Reduce total organic HAP emissions from the storage tank by venting emissions from a non-halogenated vent stream through a closed-vent system to a flare.\n2. Group 1b storage tank a. Comply with the requirements of subpart WW of this part, except as specified in § 63.8010(b); or\nb. Reduce total organic HAP emissions from the storage tank by ≥80 percent by weight by venting emissions through a closed-vent system to any combination of control devices (excluding a flare); or\nc.
