If there are no deviations from the emission limitations that apply to you, a statement that there were no deviations from the emission limitations during the reporting period Semiannually, according to the requirements in § 63.9350.\nb. If there were no periods during which the CEMS or CPMS were out of control as specified in § 63.8(c)(7), a statement that there were no periods during which the CEMS or CPMS was out of control during the reporting period Semiannually, according to the requirements in § 63.9350.\nc. If you have a deviation from any emission limitation during the reporting period, the report must contain the information in § 63.9350(c) Semiannually, according to the requirements in § 63.9350.\nd. If there were periods during which the CEMS or CPMS were out of control, as specified in § 63.8(c)(7), that report must contain the information in § 63.9350(d) Semiannually, according to the requirements in § 63.9350.\ne.
