If there are no deviations from any emission limitations (emission limits, operating limits) that apply to you, a statement that there were no deviations from the emission limitations during the reporting period. If there were no periods during which the CMS was out-of-control as specified in your OM\u0026M plan, a statement that there were no periods during which the CMS was out-of-control during the reporting period Semiannually according to the requirements in § 63.8485(b).\nb. If you have a deviation from any emission limitation (emission limit, operating limit) during the reporting period, the report must contain the information in § 63.8485(c)(9).
