{"data":{"id":"us/41-cfr-105-70.012","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"41 CFR 105-70.012","heading":"-70.012 Notice of hearing.","body":"(a) When the ALJ receives the complaint and answer, the ALJ shall promptly serve a notice of hearing upon the defendant in the manner prescribed by § 105-70.008.
