{"data":{"id":"us/41-cfr-105-9.106","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"41 CFR 105-9.106","heading":"-9.106 Exceptions to the rules against age discrimination.","body":"A recipient is permitted to take an action, otherwise prohibited, if the action reasonably takes into account age as a factor necessary to the normal operation or achievement of any statutory objective of a program or activity.
