{"data":{"id":"us/42-cfr-37.40","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"42 CFR 37.40","heading":"General provisions.","body":"(a) The chest radiographic examination must be given at a convenient time and place.\n(b) The chest radiographic examination consists of the chest radiograph, a completed Chest Radiograph Classification Form (CDC/NIOSH 2.8), and a completed Miner Identification Document (CDC/NIOSH 2.9).\n(c) A radiographic examination must be made in a facility approved in accordance with § 37.43 or § 37.44.
