{"data":{"id":"us/42-u.s.c.-1862o-4","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"42 U.S.C. § 1862o–4","heading":"Funding for successful science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education programs","body":"(a) Evaluation of programsThe Director shall, on an annual basis, evaluate all of the Foundation’s grants that are scheduled to expire within 1 year and—(1) that have the primary purpose of meeting the objectives of the Science and Engineering Equal Opportunity Act (42 U.S.C. 1885 et seq.); or (2) that have the primary purpose of providing teacher professional development.
