{"data":{"id":"us/42-u.s.c.-3056i","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"42 U.S.C. § 3056i","heading":"Coordination with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act","body":"(a) PartnersGrantees under this subchapter shall be one-stop partners as described in subparagraphs (A) and (B)(v) of section 121(b)(1) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act [29 U.S.C. 3151(b)(1)] in the one-stop delivery system established under section 121(e) of such Act [29 U.S.C. 3151(e)] for the appropriate local workforce development areas, and shall carry out the responsibilities relating to such partners.
