{"data":{"id":"us/43-cfr-20.403","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"43 CFR 20.403","heading":"Certificates of disclaimer.","body":"(a) Each employee of the U.S. Geological Survey, Bureau of Land Management, Minerals Management Service, and Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement shall sign a certificate of disclaimer upon entrance to or upon transfer to a position within any of these bureaus.
