{"data":{"id":"us/43-cfr-3163.4","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"43 CFR 3163.4","heading":"Failure to pay.","body":"If any person fails to pay an assessment or a civil penalty under § 3163.1 or § 3163.2 of this title after the order making the assessment or penalty becomes a final order, and if such person does not file a petition for judicial review in accordance with this subpart, or, after a court in an action brought under this subpart has entered a final judgment in favor of the Secretary, the court shall have jurisdiction to award the amount assessed plus interest from the date of the expiration of the 90-day period provided by § 3165.4(e) of this title.
