{"data":{"id":"us/43-cfr-3206.11","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"43 CFR 3206.11","heading":"What must BLM do before issuing a lease?","body":"For all leases, BLM must:\n(a) Determine that the land is available; and\n(b) Determine that your lease development will not have a significant adverse impact on any significant thermal feature within any of the following units of the National Park System:\n(1) Mount Rainier National Park;\n(2) Crater Lake National Park;\n(3) Yellowstone National Park;\n(4) John D.
