If the noncompliance continues or is of a serious nature, we will take one or more of the following actions:\n(1) Enter your lease, and correct any deficiencies at your expense;\n(2) Collect all or part of your bond;\n(3) Direct modification or shutdown of your operations; and\n(4) Take other enforcement action under subpart 3213 against a lessee who is ultimately responsible for noncompliance.\n(b) Noncompliance may result in BLM terminating your lease.
