{"data":{"id":"us/43-cfr-3601.5","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"43 CFR 3601.5","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part the term:\nAct means the Materials Act of July 31, 1947, as amended (30 U.S.C. 601, et seq.).\nBLM means the Bureau of Land Management.\nCommon use area means a generally broad geographic area from which BLM can make disposals of mineral materials to many persons, with only negligible surface disturbance. The use is dispersed throughout the area.\nCommunity pit means a relatively small, defined area from which BLM can make disposals of mineral materials to many persons.
