{"data":{"id":"us/43-cfr-4.778","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"43 CFR 4.778","heading":"What are non-substantive errors in an order or decision and how may they be corrected?","body":"(a) Errors are non-substantive if they are merely typographical, clerical, or their correction would not change the distribution of a decedent's property.\n(b) If, after issuance of an order or decision, it appears that the order or decision contains non-substantive errors, the presiding officer may issue a correction order to the Project Director and the parties in interest correcting them.\n(c) The presiding officer may issue a correction order on their own initiative.
