{"data":{"id":"us/44-cfr-60.12","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"44 CFR 60.12","heading":"Flood plain management criteria for State-owned properties in special hazard areas.","body":"(a) The State shall comply with the minimum flood plain management criteria set forth in §§ 60.3, 60.4, and 60.5.
