The docket files shall contain the following information:\n(a) The name of the community subject to the flood elevation determination;\n(b) A copy of the notice of the proposed flood elevation determination to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Community;\n(c) A copy of the notice of the proposed flood elevation determination published in a prominent local newspaper of the community;\n(d) A copy of the notice of the proposed flood elevation determination published in the Federal Register;\n(e) Copies of all appeals by private persons received by the Federal Insurance Administrator from the CEO;\n(f) Copies of all comments received by the Federal Insurance Administrator on the notice of the proposed flood elevation determination published in the Federal Register.\n(g) A copy of the community's appeal or a copy of its decision not to appeal the proposed flood elevation determination;\n(h) A copy of the flood insurance study for the community;\n(i) A copy of the FIRM for the community;\n(j) Copies of all materials maintained in the flood elevation study consultation docket; and\n(k) A copy of the final determination with supporting documents.","path":["Title 44—Emergency Management and Assistance","CHAPTER I—FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY, DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY","SUBCHAPTER B—INSURANCE AND HAZARD MITIGATION","PART 67—APPEALS FROM PROPOSED FLOOD ELEVATION DETERMINATIONS"],"source_url":"https://www.ecfr.gov/api/versioner/v1/full/2026-08-25/title-44.xml","current_through":"2026-08-25","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T02:26:15Z","sha256":"9c82b875e6cf974b1b7dfee6bd1c83ead76c53742f5c443cca1bd7aefb2985a8","source_id":"us-cfr","stale":true,"prev":"us/44-cfr-67.2","next":"us/44-cfr-67.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
