{"data":{"id":"us/45-cfr-1172.23","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"45 CFR 1172.23","heading":"Self-evaluation.","body":"As part of a compliance review under § 1172.31 or a complaint investigation under § 1172.34, NEH may require a recipient employing the equivalent of fifteen (15) or more full time employees to complete a written self-evaluation, in a manner specified by NEH, of any age distinction imposed in its program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
