{"data":{"id":"us/45-cfr-1626.7","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"45 CFR 1626.7","heading":"Verification of eligible alien status.","body":"(a) An alien seeking representation shall submit appropriate documents to verify eligibility, unless the only service provided for an eligible alien is brief advice and consultation by telephone, or by other non-in-person means, which does not include continuous representation of a client.\n(1) As proof of eligibility, a recipient may accept originals, certified copies, or photocopies that appear to be complete, correct, and authentic, of any documents establishing eligibility.
