LSC retains a royalty-free, nonexclusive, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, and prepare derivative works of any LSC-funded products, technologies, and software, including making them available to other LSC grantees or the broader access to justice community and partners.\n(b) A recipient must have a written contract with vendors who develop or improve LSC-funded products, technologies, and software.
