{"data":{"id":"us/45-cfr-1705.3","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"45 CFR 1705.3","heading":"Procedures for requests pertaining to individual records in the D/AC File.","body":"(a) An individual who wishes to know whether the D/AC File contains a record pertaining to him or her shall submit a written request to that effect to the System Manager at the Commission.
