{"data":{"id":"us/45-cfr-34.2","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"45 CFR 34.2","heading":"Definitions.","body":"In this part, unless the context otherwise requires:\nClaim means any claim filed by or on behalf of an employee for damage to, or loss of, property that is incident to the claimant's employment.
