An application fee is charged for a coastwise endorsement, in accordance with subpart B of this part.\n(b) Coastwise Bowaters endorsement. An application fee is charged for a coastwise Bowaters endorsement in accordance with 46 CFR part 68.\n(c) Fishery endorsement. An application fee is charged for a fishery endorsement in accordance with subpart B of this part.\n(d) Registry or recreational endorsement.
