{"data":{"id":"us/46-cfr-95.05-1","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"46 CFR 95.05-1","heading":"-1 Fire detection, manual alarm, and supervised patrol systems.","body":"(a) Fire detection, manual alarm, and supervised patrol systems are not required except in special cases; but if installed, the systems must meet the applicable requirements of 46 CFR, part 76 of subchapter H (Passenger Vessels) of this chapter.\n(b) In each compartment containing explosives, and in adjacent cargo compartments, there must be provided a smoke detection system.
