{"data":{"id":"us/47-cfr-52.36","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"47 CFR 52.36","heading":"Standard data fields for simple port order processing.","body":"(a) A telecommunications carrier may require only the data described in paragraphs (b) and (c) of this section to accomplish a simple port order request from an end user customer's new telecommunication's carrier.\n(b) Required standard data fields.\n(1) Ported telephone number;\n(2) Account number;\n(3) Zip code;\n(4) Company code;\n(5) New network service provider;\n(6) Desired due date;\n(7) Purchase order number;\n(8) Version;\n(9) Number portability direction indicator;\n(10) Customer carrier name abbreviation;\n(11) Requisition type and status;\n(12) Activity;\n(13) Telephone number of initiator; and\n(14) Agency authority status.\n(c) Optional standard data field.
