{"data":{"id":"us/47-cfr-74.802","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"47 CFR 74.802","heading":"Frequency assignment.","body":"(a) Frequencies within the following bands may be assigned for use by low power auxiliary stations:\n26.100-26.480 MHz\n54.000-72.000 MHz\n76.000-88.000 MHz\n161.625-161.775 MHz (except in Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands)\n174.000-216.000 MHz\n450.000-451.000 MHz\n455.000-456.000 MHz\n470.000-488.000 MHz\n488.000-494.000 MHz (except Hawaii)\n494.000-608.000 MHz\n653.000-657.000 MHz\n941.500-944.000 MHz\n944.000-952.000 MHz\n952.850-956.250 MHz\n956.45-959.85 MHz\n1435-1525 MHz\n6875.000-6900.000 MHz\n7100.000-7125.000 MHz\n(b)(1) Operations in the bands allocated for TV broadcasting are limited to locations at least 4 kilometers outside the protected contours of co-channel TV stations shown in the following table.
