{"data":{"id":"us/48-cfr-208.7001","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"48 CFR 208.7001","heading":"208.7001 Definitions.","body":"For purposes of this subpart—\nAcquiring department means the department, agency, or General Services Administration which has contracting responsibility under the Coordinated Acquisition Program.\nIntegrated materiel management means assignment of acquisition management responsibility to one department, agency, or the General Services Administration for all of DoD's requirements for the assigned item.
