{"data":{"id":"us/48-cfr-22.1001","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"48 CFR 22.1001","heading":"22.1001 Definitions.","body":"As used in this subpart—\nContractor includes a subcontractor at any tier whose subcontract is subject to the provisions of the statute.\nMultiple year contracts means contracts having a term of more than 1 year regardless of fiscal year funding.
