{"data":{"id":"us/48-cfr-603.204","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"48 CFR 603.204","heading":"603.204 Treatment of violations.","body":"(a) The Procurement Executive is the agency head's designee for the purposes of FAR 3.204.\n(b) Upon completion of the investigation and/or prosecution or with the consent of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Assistant Inspector General for Investigations shall provide to the Procurement Executive a report, together with all pertinent documentation, concerning the suspected violation.
