If there is a conflict between this Part and NFPA-59A-2001, the requirements in this part prevail.\n(b) Each stationary LNG storage tank must comply with Section 7.2.2 of NFPA-59A-2006 (incorporated by reference, see § 193.2013) for seismic design of field fabricated tanks.
