Gathering lines that do not otherwise meet the definition of a regulated rural gathering line in § 195.11 and any gathering line not already covered under § 195.1(a)(1), (2), (3) or (4) must comply with the reporting requirements of subpart B of this part.\n(b) Implementation period—(1) Annual reporting. Operators must comply with the annual reporting requirements in subpart B of this part by March 31, 2021.\n(2) Accident and safety-related condition reporting. Operators must comply with the accident and safety-related condition reporting requirements in subpart B of this part by January 1, 2021.\n(c) Exceptions.
