{"data":{"id":"us/49-cfr-228.3","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"49 CFR 228.3","heading":"Application and responsibility for compliance.","body":"(a) Except as provided in paragraph (b) of this section, subparts B and D of this part apply to all railroads, all contractors for railroads, and all subcontractors for railroads.
