{"data":{"id":"us/5-cfr-1639.51","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"5 CFR 1639.51","heading":"Notice procedures.","body":"Before collecting any debt through administrative offset, the Board will send a notice of intent to offset to the debtor by certified mail, return receipt requested, at the most current address that is available to the Board.
