{"data":{"id":"us/5-cfr-370.108","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"5 CFR 370.108","heading":"Reporting requirements.","body":"(a) Agencies using this part must prepare and submit to OPM semiannual reports in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 3706 which must include:\n(1) The total number of individuals detailed to, and the total number of individuals detailed from, the agency during the report period;\n(2) A brief description of each detail reported under paragraph (a)(1) of this section including:\n(i) The name of the detailed individual, and the private sector organization and the agency (including the specific bureau or other agency component) to or from which such individual was detailed;\n(ii) The respective positions to and from which the individual was detailed, including the duties and responsibilities and the pay grade or level associated with each; and\n(iii) The duration and objectives of the individual's detail; and\n(3) Such other information as OPM considers appropriate.\n(b) Reports are due to OPM no later than April 7 and October 7 of each year for the immediately preceding 6-month periods ending March 31 and September 30, respectively.\n(c) Agencies that do not meet the requirements of § 370.107 must prepare and submit annual reports to Congress in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 3703(e)(3), as appropriate.","path":["Title 5—Administrative Personnel","CHAPTER I—OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT","SUBCHAPTER B—CIVIL SERVICE REGULATIONS","PART 370—INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EXCHANGE PROGRAM"],"source_url":"https://www.ecfr.gov/api/versioner/v1/full/2026-08-25/title-5.xml","current_through":"2026-08-25","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T02:23:53Z","sha256":"1de17f2e4b56968fb59c1060279b00eb913ac1b6baaf78fcb8286f422312cc39","source_id":"us-cfr","stale":true,"prev":"us/5-cfr-370.107","next":"us/5-cfr-370.109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
