{"data":{"id":"us/5-cfr-630.1501","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"5 CFR 630.1501","heading":"Purpose and applicability.","body":"(a) This subpart implements 5 U.S.C. 6329b, which allows an agency to provide separate types of paid leave for employees who are the subject of an investigation or in a notice period.
