{"data":{"id":"us/5-cfr-894.303","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"5 CFR 894.303","heading":"What happens to my enrollment if I transfer to an excluded position?","body":"(a) If you have FEDVIP coverage and you transfer to a position excluded under § 894.302(a) through (d), your enrollment stops.\n(b) If you have FEDVIP coverage and you transfer to a position excluded under § 894.302(e) through (j) with no break in service of more than 3 days, your enrollment is not affected.
