{"data":{"id":"us/50-cfr-660.404","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"50 CFR 660.404","heading":"Recordkeeping and reporting.","body":"(a) This subpart recognizes that catch and effort data necessary for implementation of any applicable fishery management plan are collected by the States and Indian tribes of Washington, Oregon, California, and Idaho under existing data collection requirements.
