{"data":{"id":"us/50-cfr-665.461","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"50 CFR 665.461","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in §§ 665.460 through 665.470:\nMariana precious coral ecosystem component species (Mariana precious coral ECS) means those species identified as ECS in the Marianas Archipelago FEP.\nMariana precious coral management unit species means any coral of the genus Corallium in addition to the following species of corals:\nEnglish common name Scientific name\nPink coral (also known as red coral) Corallium secundum, Corallium regale, Corallium laauense.\nGold coral Gerardia spp., Callogorgia gilberti, Narella spp., Calyptrophora spp.\nBamboo coral Lepidisis olapa, Acanella spp.\nBlack coral Antipathes dichotoma, Antipathes grandis, Antipathes ulex.\nMariana precious coral permit area means the area encompassing the precious coral beds within the EEZ around the Mariana Archipelago. Each bed is designated by a permit area code and assigned to one of the following four categories:\n(1) Established beds. [Reserved]\n(2) Conditional beds. [Reserved]\n(3) Refugia.
