The definitions in parts 718 and 1400 of this title also apply, except where they conflict with the definitions in this section.\nApplication period means the dates established by the Deputy Administrator for Farm Programs for producers to apply for program benefits.\nCCC means the Commodity Credit Corporation.\nCrop year means the calendar year in which the wheat was harvested or intended to be harvested.
