The germination is found in the first two columns of the table. When the differences between highest and lowest replicates do not exceed the corresponding values found in the “4 replicates” column, no additional testing is required. However, if the differences exceed the values in the “4 replicates” column, retesting is necessary.","path":["Title 7—Agriculture","Subtitle B—Regulations of the Department of Agriculture","CHAPTER I—AGRICULTURAL MARKETING SERVICE (STANDARDS, INSPECTIONS, MARKETING PRACTICES), DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE","SUBCHAPTER K—FEDERAL SEED ACT","PART 201—FEDERAL SEED ACT REQUIREMENTS"],"source_url":"https://www.ecfr.gov/api/versioner/v1/full/2026-08-25/title-7.xml","current_through":"2026-08-25","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T02:24:01Z","sha256":"4d42f09925d692504328a846cd5d53e1b3242e91866c624f63f44273f6a46f9b","source_id":"us-cfr","stale":true,"prev":"us/7-cfr-201.54","next":"us/7-cfr-201.55a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
