{"data":{"id":"us/7-cfr-51.1541","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"7 CFR 51.1541","heading":"U.S. No. 1.","body":"“U.S. No. 1” consists of potatoes which meet the following requirements:\n(a) Similar varietal characteristics, except when designated as a mixed or specialty pack;\n(b) Firm;\n(c) Fairly clean; 2\n(d) Fairly well shaped;\n(e) Free from:\n(1) Freezing;\n(2) Blackheart;\n(3) Late blight, southern bacterial wilt and ring rot; and,\n(4) Soft rot and wet breakdown.\n(f) Free from damage by any other cause. See §§ 51.1564 and 51.1565.\n(g) Size.
