{"data":{"id":"us/7-cfr-51.2646","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"7 CFR 51.2646","heading":"U.S. No. 1.","body":"“U.S. No. 1” consists of sweet cherries which meet the following requirements:\n(a) Similar varietal characteristics;\n(b) Mature;\n(c) Fairly well colored;\n(d) Well formed; and\n(e) Clean.\n(f) Free from:\n(1) Decay;\n(2) Insect larvae or holes caused by them;\n(3) Soft, overripe or shriveled;\n(4) Undeveloped doubles; and,\n(5) Sunscald.\n(g) Free from damage by any other cause. (See § 51.2655.)\n(h) Size. Unless otherwise specified, the minimum diameter of each cherry shall be not less than three-fourths inch.
