{"data":{"id":"us/7-cfr-760.1609","jurisdiction":"us","citation":"7 CFR 760.1609","heading":"Qualifying disaster events.","body":"(a) The On-Farm Stored Commodity Loss Program will provide a payment to eligible producers who suffered losses of harvested eligible on-farm stored commodities while such commodities were stored in on-farm structures as a result of wildfires, hurricanes, floods, derechos, excessive heat, tornadoes, winter storms, freeze, including a polar vortex, smoke exposure, qualifying drought, and related conditions that occurred in calendar year 2023 or 2024.\n(b) A producer must provide supporting documentation that substantiates that the loss of the commodity was reasonably related to a qualifying disaster event as specified in this subpart and meets all other eligibility conditions.
