The Administrator, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, or any person authorized to act for the Administrator.\nAnimal and Plant Health Inspection Service. The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service of the United States Department of Agriculture (APHIS or Service).\nAPHIS Inspector. A veterinarian or livestock inspector employed by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, U.S. Department of Agriculture, in animal health activities, who is authorized to perform the function involved.\nState Inspector.
