The person behind it
GroundRules is built by Eric, who previously built PadMapper, and run through TopHat Monkey Software LLC.
The aim is a straightforward, useful public resource. Ordinary use is free during beta, including through your own AI assistant. Features, access and pricing may change as the service develops. See about this beta.
